Lincoln Culinary Institute operates four campuses in Connecticut in Cromwell, Hartford, Suffield and Shelton, a campus in Columbia, MD and a campus in West Palm Beach, FL.
Financial Aid is available for those who qualify and Career Placement Assistance is available upon graduation. Convenient day and evening class schedules are offered.

All courses emphasize laboratory activities, with extensive periods of hands-on practical experience in professionally equipped culinary laboratories.Your good taste in food can become even more appetizing when you learn to turn it into your career by enrolling in a culinary arts program at Lincoln! Experienced, seasoned culinary professionals with industry experience will work with you one-on-one to teach the hands-on skills and secrets used in preparing the world’s greatest cuisines. In culinary laboratories equipped with industry-standard equipment and tools, you’ll learn French, Asian, Mediterranean, Latin and American cooking, along with professional baking and pastry techniques.
