Accreditation: Lincoln Culinary Institute is accredited by the Accrediting Commission of Career Schools and Colleges (ACCSC) and the Accrediting Council for Independent Colleges and Schools (ACICS). Accrediting body varies by campus location. The American Culinary Federation Education Foundation Accrediting Commission (ACFEFAC) accredits our Culinary Arts and International Baking and Pastry programs. Information on Programs Offered:The International Baking & Pastry Program, offers a broad array of baking and pastry theory and practical experiences necessary for success in the food service industry. All courses emphasize laboratory activities, with extensive periods of hands-on practical experience in professionally equipped culinary laboratories.Your good taste in food can become even more appetizing when you learn to turn it into your career by enrolling in a culinary arts program at Lincoln! Experienced, seasoned culinary professionals with industry experience will work with you one-on-one to teach the hands-on skills and secrets used in preparing the world’s greatest cuisines. In culinary laboratories equipped with industry-standard equipment and tools, you’ll learn French, Asian, Mediterranean, Latin and American cooking, along with professional baking and pastry techniques.
